The setting of the Holiday Village is very peaceful and tranquil at this time of year. The staff in the resort were very friendly and made you feel relaxed. New Years Eve in the clubhouse was a really good night, a happy mixture of other holiday goers and local's, good entertainment!

I thought the park was very good. I was really pleased with the cleanliness of the bungalow, and the park is in an excellent location with the Marina and the park next to it. The park has all the facilites you need.

I would recommend this park without hesitation. It is ideally located to enjoy Oulton Broad and explore the area. All the staff are most friendly and helpful, the accommodation is very clean and comfortable, and the food at the clubhouse is both reasonably priced and of a very high standard. The facilities are excellent making Broadlands the ideal place for a family holiday. We felt relaxed, safe and looked after - who could ask for more!

The club house, being well set out for wheelchair users, spacious and friendly made it an ideal place to relax and enjoy something from the varied menu, or just a drink to finish off an already excellent day out.

The location of the park was great with all amenities close by. The club house overlooking the harbour was terrific and the food was first class. The accommodation was extremley well kept and we would recommend this holiday to everyone. Good for couples, great for families. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and we would not change anything about it. We have never had a problem staying anywhere with Hoseasons and will continue to stay with them. Thanks for a great holiday.
